Rambus Wins On Appeal

As this Law.com article reports, the ongoing litigation between Samsung and Rambus seems to have come to a close. The Rambus case had caught the attention of the legal community because of allegations that Rambus had shredded millions of documents prior to initiating a slew of litigation.
